Jim Carroll opened the 2016 digitalNow Conference in Orlando, Florida in April 2016, delivering the opening keynote address to association executives and digital strategy leaders from across North America. The digitalNow conference is one of the premier annual gatherings for associations exploring how technology is reshaping their business models, member engagement strategies, and revenue structures.
