Ok-doke! A shoutout to my overseas video producer Armine aka “Alex” – she’s at home in quarantine in Moscow, which is now seeing the worst of the global situation, and is working with me to prepare my new ‘virtual highlights video.’ Locked down in her apartment with her mom and her brother, she is eager to keep busy and continue moving forward. Over a three-year project time span in which we have worked together, I think my message has rubbed off on her!

The lifeblood of any speaker or topic expert is their ability to show off their ‘stuff.’ With a 25-year stage career, I’ve got hours and hours of highlights of my ‘previous life,’ as I call it – and it’s powerful stuff.

Yet the potential client for tomorrow, who might consider bringing you in as the featured topic expert in an online virtual event, wants to see how you can perform and interact in a small virtual window. I’ve done a sufficient number of events in my home broadcast studio that I can now pull together a virtual highlight reel – and help to convince my potential global client base that I’m unique in terms of what I can deliver!

When the world is fast, the fast strap themselves to their rocket ship for launch! Mine rocket is my basement studio, my fuel is my passion for my message, my destination is tomorrow, and my objective is to move organizations and leaders into a new and different future.

And right now, I’ve got enough momentum to escape the current gravity of business inertia, and propel myself into my next and perhaps most fascinating new phase of my global speaking career!

(The reference to “ok-doke?” Alex works hard on upgrading her English and we certainly get by in our back and forth online interaction – but one day she did ask me, ‘what is this ok-doke?’ Since that, it has become our running tag line for success!)
