Admit it – with Daylight Savings Time and the loss of an hour, and the fact that its Monday – you’re dragging! Your spirit isn’t broken – it’s still sleeping!

Motivation comes and goes in waves – some days, it is certainly easier than others. I suspect there are a lot of grumpy people out there today?

That’s why sometimes you need to double down on your motivational mindset. Re-examine and rethink the importance of your goal(s) – elevate their importance. Do a little meditation at the start of the day to remind yourself of what you need to accomplish. With the time change, its’ really only today – one day – that you need to get through, since your bio-mechanical clock will already have started adjusting.
