Keynote: IronBow Technologies, New Orleans, Louisiana : Discovering Opportunity in Disruption

IronBow is an IT solutions company, with a core focus on companies in the government sector. They were having a small offsite corporate strategy meeting with their top leadership team of 20+ people, and wanted a session that would help them think about the massive transformation occurring, both in the services they provide as well as the issues their clients encounter. I do quite a few small leadership meetings like this, and we had a quick 45 ‘keynote’ followed by a robust 45 minute Q&A session.
