Keynote: Exis Global, Virtual Event, “The Future of Commercial & Industrial Real Estate In The Era of the Great Disruption!”

Exis is a global real estate organization, and they brought me in for a virtual keynote for their first ever global leadership conference via Zoom. We had 140 participants in real time from throughout the world, including London, Hong Kong, Canada and the US. My 50 minute interactive talk focused on what leading organizations do to accelerate into growth in an era of uncertainty, volatility and ambiguity; the trends that might and will are redefining the industrial and commercial real estate industry, and my proven strategies for pushing through the uncertainty to focus on opportunity. The session, designed for the new attention spans of the online world, included several break moments for interactive Q&A.
