This is truly turning out to be a battle for the optimism within your soul – and it takes a lot of work to keep your motivation going at an even keel.

But yesterday, I forced myself to retreat into the home studio and film a clip about what leadership should be doing in a time of crisis.

The mere act of eventually getting there seemed like a victory to me. I’m in a position where my words seem irrelevant, my message seems contrived, my future opportunities seem limited.

But perseverance is an asset and determination is a stimulant!

That said, I’ve got a lot of edits to do on the clip!

It doesn’t help that yesterday, the weather was gloomy with drizzle and fog.

Today? Sunshine!!!!!
