It's tremendously exciting when you launch a new book. I've been at it for 25+ years! It's overwhelmingly frustrating when the book is ready to go, and you are at the whim of Amazon's automated print on demand systems to make it available. Let's just say, those automated systems aren't working well. Somehow they got things mixed up, and so a duplicate ISBN and other problems means that was once available, is suddenly not available. So in the meantime, we're taking advance orders for the book. The cost of $30 includes shipping. We expect to be able to send it to you within two weeks. We are also actively working with Ingram Spark as an alternative to Amazon. At one time, we used CreateSpace for our P.O.D. solutions. Then, Amazon bought it, rolled it into something called Enterprise Publishing, and destroyed both the simplicity of the solution and how easily you could get things fixed.
