“Your future might be a study in stark contrasts: your desire for success, and the effort you are willing to put in to get there!” – Futurist Jim Carroll
I’m almost having as much fun generating images for these posts as I do writing the posts themselves. Yesterday I set up a small 4K camera to film a side shot while I was ‘performing,’ extracted a number of still images, found this one, and gave it a filter!
Click the image to explore around – it’s 3D!
This gives just a bit of the gear that is found in my home studio. Over on a Facebook forum where a community helps each other out with our virtual presentation explorations, I posted another view of the studio, with a few technical explanations and observations.
It’s become a very unique creative space, and it seems that for this particular bit of software, I have become known as the leading expert in the world in the use of green screen technology. I’m known as Mr. Green! Kermit! The Green Giant! The Man Who Lives in Greenland! It seems apt.
What does this level of effort and investment get you? This!
The thing is – I’m putting the hours in. If it takes 10,000 hours to master a new skill, I’m certainly filling in the equation.
Success? Put in the time, invest in your efforts, grind away the hours. It’s often one of the only pathways in which you’ll develop the expertise and skills you need to achieve what you want in your new future!
