‘’ 7 years ago today, @NASA had me in for a talk to a senior leadership meeting – the first of 2 times! In the room were astronauts, mission controllers, program directors. At the time, the agency was faced with uncertainty in its future, with budget cutbacks, cancellations, and more.

My talk re-examined the future and challenged them to think about what happened in previous times of uncertainty. The core and soul of my talk was on the theme “Transformational Leadership”
