For their Evolutions customer event, they wanted someone to put into perspective why a smart, flexible communications infrastructure was moving into a critical role in an overall corporate strategic plan. My keynote focused on teh next wave of business realities - accelerated customer service expectations, the massive impact of an online service portal, e-commerce and order delivery support and more. My goal was to help the audience - CIO's, CTO's and other senior executives - understand the world of dominance of technology as a disruptive driver going forward
