Think about what you’ve seen. Retail has had to quickly moving from talking about curb-side pickup to actually doing it – fast! The healthcare system talked about the need for real time analytical predictive healthcare dashboards – and then had to do it. Manufacturing talked about the need to explore 3D printing technologies – and then discovered this to be a powerful opportunity to quickly ramp-up the production of masks, ventilator equipment and more.

All of a sudden, companies had to shift from talking – to DOING!

We’ve never seen such a speed of change in our world, and so while I and others might have spoken in the ‘old world’ of the need for speed, agility, flexibility and fast capabilities, the need now is more pressing than ever before.
