In this episode, I interview Pastor Keith Pelzer. Forget the idea of spiritual ministry as the idea of going to simply going to church. It’s gone virtual, and people are reinventing fast! Keith is on the vanguard of reinventing the method, the concept, the interaction, the role. In Keiths’ view, ‘pastoring is now about content creation.’ It’s a fascinating voyage of a Grammy Award winner music producer who now provides his guidance to his congregation in Philadelphia!

In Keith’s view, his ability to reinvent is a cornerstone of his faith and a byproduct of his journey – prior to him returning to his father’s church, he was a Grammy award-winning producer. His mindset, as captured in my interview with him, is essentially this – if you believe it, you can do it!
