Organizations and industries get stuck - they develop an organizational sclerosis that clogs up their ability to respond to the trends that define their future.
That was the message I carried into the annual general meeting of the PGA of America in 2010 - I was invited in by then current President Jim Remy to talk about opportunities for big, bold thinking to align to opportunities for growth.
