One of my recent talks featured me as the keynote speaker for Talent Strategies 2012 in New Orleans; the conference tagline was "Creating the Organization of the Future: Meeting Tomorrow's Challenges Today." I'll blog more on my talk later - I do an extensive number of talks on the future of workforce, skills issues, and organizational structure.
