Was it great yesterday? No!

Was it perfect! Not at all!

Did the technology work? Not at all times!

In fact, looking back this morning, think I put on a hell of a show, from both a content and platform perspective.

For the latter, my setup featured three different cameras, an iPad based scene switcher, 25+ different scenes, and live streaming out to Facebook, LinkedIn, Periscope, Zoom, and Crowdcast.

Contentwise? I think it was great – I’ll blog it later today. I was somewhat comfortable in a small limited space with no audience – I don’t perform like I did in the olden days with a real audience in a real room. But we must adapt to our new reality!

And I had wonderful feedback from some folks.

In fact, the only thing that really went wrong was one particular camera froze. I probably stretched the system potential a bit too much. I’ll fix that for next week. And I’ve got a list of things I learned from day 1.

My message on stage to people for 25 years has always been that we need to innovate, change, and adapt. I need to practice my own medicine!

Because the alternative – standing still, waiting, worrying – isn’t very appealing at all!
