So, this morning I went and retrieved a video from the vault, and cut a little section out of it – around the theme of aggressive indecision.

Based on my previous post today, the story of aggressive indecision originated at the height of the US-Iraq Persian Gulf War (round 2) in 2002-03. What I noticed among my global client base at the time was that companies were, because of the uncertainty with a global war economy, unable to make decisions around the future, innovation and transformation.

And so one day, at a major SAP event, I went on stage and ranted – which became the basis for my book, “What I Learned from Frogs in Texas.” launched in 2004.

With the recession of 2008-2009, I began to use the story again. With that, here’s a clip from the global WEFTec conference in 2011.

Think about it.
