The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) represents the country’s biopharmaceutical research companies, and this was the annual event for the folks who lobby state and other levels of government with respect to drug plans and benefits. They wanted to open the closing day of their event with a talk that looked at the scientific, technological and other trends that are redefining the world of healthcare - and found me. My keynote focused on my post, Beyond Politics; The Science of Healthcare. "The best speaker we've ever had, bar none!"
