"Dare to Disrupt!" That was the theme for this healthcare and pharma focused event in Phoenix. It's an interesting time to be in this industry - after all, organizations like Amazon, with the Berkshire Hathaway/JP Morgan initiative, are out to change the fundamental structure of drug benefit plans. An often repeated phrase is that you should disrupt yourself before others do, and that was the focus of my keynote, as I took the group on a tour of the disruptive healthcare trends redefining their future.
