It's the RotoRooter folks! They had a meeting of all of their franchise contractor representatives from across the country, and the goal was to put into perspective the trends which are redefining the future of the home contracting business - smart home technology, intelligent wastewater and water treatment systems, energy generation and battery grid storage technology and more. My goal was to outline that the future belongs to those who are fast, and that the future opportunity will come from aligning skills, marketing, capabilities and services to the speed with which these opportunities are coming about.
