‘’ I just spent 3 days in San Antonio, with two dinner talks for a group of dealers in the agricultural sector – clients of a major ag feed company. This fellow wasn’t from that event – he was actually at an event last April where I spoke about the future to 300 of the largest cattle ranchers in the US!

And I love talking to agricultural and farming groups – these are some of the most innovative people I have ever met! They are open to new ideas, are willing to try anything, and tend to not offer up the typical innovation excuses found in so many of my global Fortune 1000 clients.

The world would do well to learn more from farmers!
When it comes to innovation, people tend to listen to the same old people with the same old ideas. Step outside of your influence comfort zone, and you’ll discover fascinating new insight and ideas.
