What is APICS? It's the leading organization involved in supply chain, logistics and operations management issues. They had me headline their annual conference, with an audience of about 2,000 executives for major CPG and other companies. The future of retail, robotics, the end of inventory, Amazon everywhere (obviously), smart, intelligent, connected packaging. You name it - I covered it! Kind of a fun event, because the other keynote was Jack Welch of GE.
