What a great event! I had the senior VP's of Human Resources for over 50 of the largest companies in the US, along with folks from SHL, a company that assists these organizations in talent and skills assessment. I covered everything from the acceleration of knowledge, the obsolesce of careers, new careers, the nomadic worker and the scalable organization. The feedback on my talk was incredible!
