Keynote : From Innovation to Execution

I’m off today to Bolton Landing, NY, to keynote the annual user group meeting for Syscom, a high-end systems integrator. I’ll be speaking to CIO’s and I/T heads for major Fortune 500 organizations, mostly banks and financial institutions. I’ll be concentrating my message on the fact that through the next decade, “piano tuning” is going to be the focus of our efforts with technology in business — in other words, making work better what we already have.
