## Article Content
Mediocrity feels safe. Progress feels uncomfortable. That's not a bug, it's the whole point. Two new companion books, Embracing Mediocrity and Escaping Mediocrity, turn thirty years of insight into what makes innovative teams and leaders work into something genuinely fun to read, and even more fun to argue about at a team meeting. Available now on Amazon worldwide, and a perfect pair for a teambuilding session: mediocrity.jimcarroll.com
