I'm launching a new keynote, based on the topic of 'the future of work,' based on recent conversations with a few clients.
*Those conversations made it obvious that the global conversation about the "**Future of Work"*** has a critical flaw. It’s a dialogue dominated by *human resources theory—culture, engagement, and leadership styles.* While immensely important, this focus on the *software* of work often ignores the fundamental *operating system* that will power tomorrow's industries. We're talking endlessly about how people will *feel* about their jobs, but not enough about how the *work itself* will actually get done.
As a futurist, I often cover 'the work that will be done' and what it will take to do it! I've got the missing piece! I've been talking about it on stage for years, and yet, I have never really framed it as a '*Future of Work'* type of keynote.
Now I am! After three decades of working on the front lines of disruption with organizations from NASA to Pfizer, I’ve come to see this gap firsthand. My focus has always been on the operational reality of tomorrow—not just the future of talent management, but the future of manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, and energy.
