There’s a cost to indecision.

There is a penalty for waiting.

There is no benefit from procrastination.

Setbacks come from postponing.

One of the most common leadership failures that I see has to do with the inability of many organizations to commit to going forward. They spend too much time waiting for the right time. They try to seek perfection in the timing of their decisions. They attempt to try to move forward only when they have perfect clarity.

And in doing so, they won’t just fall behind – they’ll engrain the barriers of slow that hold them back in a world that’s fast.

You shouldn’t be afraid of inaction.

Terrified by indecision.

Frightened by complacency.

Anxious about procrastination!

Rather than hiding in fear, be motivated for action!
