Introducing FutureFit.International! It's wonderful to launch a new initiative that I have put together with my good friend and strength coach Nicholas Ingel in South Africa. He was one of 7 people featured in my book, "Now What? Reinvention and the Role of Optimism in Finding Your Next Future!" The country is in dire straits, with a power and energy infrastructure that is leading to 'load-shedding' - scheduled hours when all power is cut off. There is a feeling of hopelessness; the future is unclear; tomorrow seems elusive. Nick and I believe that corporate leadership teams in the country - banks, insurance companies, and others - need a mindset that is aligned to tomorrow, instead of being relentlessly focused on the challenges of today. We've put that initiative together - FutureFit.International. We're excited about our future together and are eager to share our message with leadership teams in the country. It's a message of hope based on the trends of tomorrow and a mindset of being fit for the future. Check us out. I've always wanted to see Capetown!
