Here’s a potential candidate for a book yet to be written, which will be up for Best Business Book of 2023.

This is what I have pinned to my inactive Twitter account. I am not deleting my Twitter account (yet) in hopes that he will bankrupt the company, and that someone smarter than he will resurrect it to the potential it has.

My Twitter profile states:

“I don’t support hate. Predicted Tesla in ’04. Own a Model 3. Disgusted, appalled, and saddened. He’s not well.”

I have a pinned tweet with this.

Following this are my two final tweets.

I am no longer posting to Twitter The Fauci post was the last straw for me I predicted the Tesla and Tesla business model in ’04. I own a Model 3. I’d been a big fan. I am saddened, appalled, disgusted, and enraged. He’s breeding hateful rage. I don’t know why. He’s not well

I truly believe he is not mentally well. It’s sad, really.

I also posted this:

Here’s where I am My Model 3 was a point of pride – a vision of a better future. It has now become for me a reminder of toxic hate. I love the car. I despise the man He had visions to take us to the stars He is now dragging us into the gutter I’m no longer participating.

As someone who is engaged and active with the future, I have long been a fan. Indeed, all you have to do is take a look at the Tesla category – https://tesla.jimcarroll.com – to see the coverage of the company, the man, and the business model that I’ve done for well over 15 years.

No more. I’m done. I’m saddened, appalled, disgusted, and shocked.

I remember speaking at a major manufacturing conference in 2017 and referencing the Model 3 scale-up in my keynote. The Q&A was filled with dubious remarks from highly intelligent manufacturing and automotive engineers and executives who were doubtful he could pull it off. I remember, in detail, indicating why I thought he would. He did.

He won’t this time. At least, not in any way that will earn any respect from any decent human being.

I’m done.
