Starting in May, I'll be firing up the in-person keynote activities, with events in Brussels, Atlanta, Key West and a few other places. Even so, virtual events have not died; although people came to tire of Zoom sessions (two years is a long time!), many organizations are realizing that the ability to quickly bring a team together to cover some important issues will be crucial to their future success.
