I don’t think I used the scene – it ended up on the proverbial ‘cutting floor.’ But the shot does help to emphasize a point that was rolling around in my mind yesterday. Have you ever noticed you are surrounded by people who tell you that you are doing it the wrong way? That you should spend more time fitting into the mold, toeing the line, being the like the rest, becoming one with the team?

I’m all for team building, but when a team conforms to a narrow vision, narrow thinking is the result!
