That’s why it it is often such a difficult process for people to become a role model to others – it’s not easy to always live in a life in which the good qualities come through. Who wants to share their bad side with the world?

And as with everything, a lot of what you do as a role model will involve the attitude you carry around day by day. Even that can be tough – in a world of constant, relentless change, it’s pretty difficult to stay positive all the time! Fact is, being upbeat is hard work!

Even so, those who exude a positive outlook and get others to share in that perspective are those who are usually on the runway to success. Others are drawn to them – people like great energy, a positive mindset and a motivational outlook.

So today? Work harder to get your good side to come out, and keep up the battle against the dark.
