Keynote: Swagelok, Toronto, Ontario – What Do World Class Innovators Do?

A small event for a small group of people with big topics on the table. This organization provides a lot of the parts, pipes and fittings for the petrochemical, semiconductor, power and alternative fuels industries. They had a get-together of about 10 individuals for their North American team, and wanted to kick it off with some insight on the trends that would shape the future of their customer base – big believers in the idea that the best source of innovation is by linking to customer sourced innovation trends. That’s what I provided in a succinct, interactive 2 1/2 hour leadership session.
