Those who are successful should have an ultimate goal of sharing what they’ve learned with those who are on the pathway to success. It’s one of the most wonderful things you can do. I’m meeting later today with a good friend and great entrepreneur who is faced with some significant challenges. In the retail sector locally, he’s faced with the reality that Amazon is increasingly cutting into his lines of business. He has some ideas on what he might be able to do, but is working hard to understand all the angles.  So I’ll spend time with him to share what I’ve learned from those I’ve spent time with, simply because it is the right thing to do – and because, I discover great joy in giving back to others. On a personal level, sharing of insight is one of the most rewarding things you can do on a daily basis. We’re all in this voyage on this thing called life together – and the road becomes easier each and every step of the way when you have an opportunity to share from what you have learned, but to gain essential wisdom from others.
