People and organizations always have ideas – until they don’t. They are either in a positive or a negative balance. They might not have enough of a process, culture and factory to generate a sufficient number of new ones.

You should always be bursting with new ideas. You should be thinking constantly about what you can change. You should be reinventing the world around you, in your mind, on a continuous basis.
Ideas are the energy that bind us to the future. If you don’t have a sufficient number of them, you’ll start to run out of the fuel that you need to align yourself to change!
