“Raise your hands if you think maturity and sanity are important leadership skills for the future!” - Futurist  Jim Carroll  I’m a proud Canadian that provides insight to leading organizations around the world. I’m kind of proud of the fact that we are mature nation, with values, compassion, decency, maturity, and a forward oriented view to the future that involves innovation and creative thinking. We don’t don’t whine; we don’t complain; we don’t blame others for our challenges. Those are, I think, important attributes for success. Apparently some other folks don’t agree. Enough said.
