“Hope is a pathway for success. Determination is the idea that there might be a better way to get there.” - Futurist  Jim Carroll  In a few hours, I’ll hop on a plane for a quick day trip to visit with a dear friend; she’s been in the midst of some complex struggles, and despite everything, is resolute in her mission. I’m looking forward to a wonderful day, and will share some moments of joy through our day. Hope is an important asset that we need when it comes to our future - we all hope that it will work out well. But beyond hope, there is determination - it provides the rocket fuel for our actions. I don’t think I have ever met anyone who has achieved great success without seeing great determination in their mind and in their eyes. As you start your day - do you have your personal determination to succeed centre and forefront?
