‘’ Like most sane and rational people, when confronted by a situation that makes absolutely no sense, and the path forward seems so obvious, I simply don’t know why initiative can’t override inertia.

Then again, what do I know. Often there are more complex forces that surround an issues that make a solution intractable.
The thing is this: I deal with many companies that fail because they know what is going to happen, yet they do nothing about it. I encounter many people who understand that things won’t work out well unless they change – but they don’t. I witness problems that surround us that would seem simple to solve yet are relentlessly complex.
And so sometimes, you are just left with all you’ve got – some simple words, some basic guidance. You simply can’t give up, shrug your shoulders, move on, and wait for the next one.
