“Tradition, culture, job descriptions, mission statements, strategic planning, history, legacy. These are the enemies of innovation!” - Futurist  Jim Carroll ‘’ I came up with the list after one particular conference call with a client; I scribbled down a list of the frustrations expressed by the organizer of the leadership meeting I was going into. They were falling behind their competitors; she knew it, and was eager to fix it. What else should go on the list? What other attitudes, cultures and issues stifle innovation and creativity? Why a black and white photo? I didn’t have a lot to work with this one - it’s a fuzzy extraction from a film reel of a keynote I did in Houston for an energy conference. But I liked the photo and thought B&W fit the mood. The photo was processed with another tool I use, Movavi Photo Noir.’’
