I’m getting a lot of calls for keynotes on business model #disruption, much of it involving Amazon! In January, I’ll speak to 500 agricultural dealers in San Antonio – they’re small companies or co-ops, and suddenly discovering that Amazon is now a competitor for some product lines. How do you compete? You don’t! You change the strategy and focus on service, relationships, and other things that Amazon can’t do!
