This morning, I’m with the Board of Directors of a major credit union, for a 3 hour strategy session. The financial service industry is digitizing fast; #disruption is massive. It’s important that a board take the time to understand that the industry will be unrecognizable in a short 10 years : that the threats are massive; but that they must take an active role in guiding the CEO into a future of opportunity, not challenge!’’
