Jim Carroll delivered the keynote address at the 2016 PRISM International Annual Conference in Bonita Springs, Florida in May 2016, speaking to members of the global professional cleaning and facility services industry. Themed “Navigating the Oceans of Opportunity,” the conference brought together facility services executives from across North America and internationally to explore strategies for growth amid rapid disruption. Carroll’s talk, “What Do World Class Innovators Do That Others Don’t?” challenged delegates to move from a posture of defensive cost-cutting to one of aggressive, opportunity-focused innovation.
