Institute for Credentialing Excellence

Jim Carroll delivered the Opening Plenary Session at the ICE 2012 Annual Educational Conference, held November 6–9 at the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California. The Institute for Credentialing Excellence brings together leaders in the credentialing profession to advance their organizations, uphold public standards, and build professional capacity — and Jim’s keynote, titled “The Future Belongs To Those Who Are Fast,” was designed to help those leaders think strategically about where their profession was heading. His globally recognized expertise on trends, disruption, and innovation made him the ideal voice to open a conference dedicated to building future-ready credentialing organizations.
