I recently gave the closing keynote at a chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI); the theme was "Partnership". I was asked to provide, as an expert on innovation and trends, my thoughts and observations on the future of the meeting industry, and my perspectives on how partnerships could play a key role in the future of the industry.
