“Reboot your creativity. Refresh your imagination. Restart your ideas. Redo your future” – Futurist Jim Carroll

It takes a lot to survive and thrive in today’s fast-moving world.

That’s why you need a creativity upgrade, an imagination enhancement, a mindset refurbishment, and an initiative makeover.

That’s because old strategies don’t create new opportunities. Old ideas won’t create new ones. Old methodologies won’t work when new ones are necessary. Outdated methods won’t yield modern results. And yesterday’s solutions can’t solve tomorrow’s problems! Shouldn’t that be obvious?

Have you ever thought that maybe your ideas are out of date? That’s a dangerous mindset, because stale concepts won’t breed innovative thinking, and continuously, and recycled thoughts rarely lead to breakthroughs. You and I know this fact – outmoded thinking can’t drive cutting-edge discoveries, and conventional thinking won’t lead to unconventional breakthroughs.

Things are changing, and yet time-worn habits won’t result in necessary change. That’s a bit of a problem.

So if you do one thing today, learn something new. Chase a new idea. Try something out. Explore your curiosity. Let your initiative out of the box. Let your imagination run wild. Your future will thank you for it.

By the way, I fed an early version to the AI image-generation system Midjourney. – I fed it this prompt:

‘a creativity explosion full of vibrant colors, with a distant horizon view of a dramatic new future. The scene fits the idea that “Now is a good time for a creativity reboot”‘

It gave me back a pretty magical result!

That right there is a good example of the sort of creativity refresh I try to chase every day!
