# Introducing FutureFit.International: “At the bottom of hopelessness, there is a mountain of opportunity!”

It’s wonderful to launch a new initiative that I have put together with my good friend and strength coach Nicholas Ingel in South Africa. He was one of 7 people featured in my book, “*Now What? Reinvention and the Role of Optimism in Finding Your Next Future!*”

The country is in dire straits, with a power and energy infrastructure that is leading to ‘load-shedding’ – scheduled hours when all power is cut off. There is a feeling of hopelessness; the future is unclear; tomorrow seems elusive.

Nick and I believe that corporate leadership teams in the country – banks, insurance companies, and others – need a mindset that is aligned to tomorrow, instead of being relentlessly focused on the challenges of today.

We’re excited about our future together and are eager to share our message with leadership teams in the country. It’s a message of hope based on the trends of tomorrow and a mindset of being fit for the future.
