“Your vision for your future should be as bold as your biggest dreams!” – Futurist Jim Carroll

Each morning I spend my time piecing together my thoughts, challenging my thinking, motivating my objectives. That’s one of the reasons why I start each and every day with my “Daily Inspiration” – it’s my thing. And others are finding them useful, as my list continues to grow. Please share!

What’s the process? Sometimes I write these quotes with a specific idea in mind; in other cases, I look back at the key message in a particular keynote; and other times, I base them on something I heard from someone the previous day.

And some days, I draw a blank. That was today.

In this case, I found the photo – it’s from a client interview I did from the virtual broadcast studio some months back. I didn’t have a plan or idea in mind today, but I did have a concept I could draw upon once I found the photo. Creativity? I stared at the image, drank some coffee, tried a few ideas, took a look through my archives of brain-thoughts – and then thought of the fact that this weekend, I’m probably ready to launch “Studio 2.0” – the new virtual broadcast studio that we’ve built in our new home.

It’s my vision for what might be a good part of my future – somehow as we eventually exit from Covid-land, we’ll still find companies seeking instant, prepared, or live insight on the trends that matter, and the creative ideas that can get them there. Somehow, my studio will help to fulfill this leadership role. I’m thinking big and bold about what the studio can continue to become, even if I have no specific idea as to exactly what it will ‘be’ when it gets there.

The end product will look very much the same, but behind the scenes, it’s more organized, less cluttered, more permanent. I’m pretty convinced that over time, I’ll continue to build out opportunities from within the confines of its’ infrastructure.

And so that’s today’s inspiration!
