# Keynote: Rich Foods – The Future of Retail Post-Pandemic

The CEO of this global food services/food production invited Jim in to provide an opening keynote for their first leadership team in-person get-together post-Covid. Jim took a look at a wide range of disruptive trends, from the acceleration of business model disruption in the retail space, fast-changing consumer interaction methods and accelerated expectations, the arrival of intelligent connectivity everywhere, and the rapid change in consumer taste and food preferences. With a theme of ‘disrupt or be disrupted,’ Jim’s goal was to ensure the organization understood the need to get ahead of major trends before the trends get ahead of them!
