Yesterday was the announcement of President Joe Biden’s massive infrastructure plan. I thought I would put it in the context of the 19th-century railroad system, the Eisenhauer Interstate Highway system, and our 21st-century realities of renewables, electric vehicles, and hyperconnectivity.
