# Reinvention: An Interview with a Futurist!

The process of reinvention involves unbounded limits of optimism. After all, you are often leaping into the unknown, driven by uncertainty and surrounded by ways of self-doubt!

I’m busy working on my book “[Now What: Reinvention and the Role of Optimism in Our Post-Covid World](https://jimcarroll.com/2021/01/announcing-my-new-book-now-what-reinvention-and-the-role-of-optimism-in-our-post-covid-world/),” and decided to interview someone who has that limitless optimism.

So I decided to interview myself! Give it a watch!
