# Daily Inspiration: “Sometimes it’s OK just to revisit a few of your greatest hits!”

Such as this one! “There is always an upside to the downside!” I wrote that one way back in August 2017, noting:

“‘’ I just had a rather annoying situation unfold. Rather than obsessing over the challenges it would present, I focused on what I could do to deal with it — and made a fast decision that actually led to a better result! Always look for something positive, don’t focus on the negative!’’

I have no recollection as to what the situation involved, but it was a great observation that can be helpful today! It also captures the essence of a video I filmed – that great leaders, w while managing complex downturns, also work hard to keep in perspective the trends that will provide new opportunity going forward.

That’s a critical and important lesson right now!
